I'M CRYSTAL

Crystal has owned a bookkeeping business for over 9 years. Before that she worked in the public accounting world for years- first audit, then tax, then audit and tax.  Crystal never dreamed of owning her own business... as an accountant, that's not typically one of our first thoughts, but she knew she didn't love where she was at.  She hated working 9-5 (let's be real, much longer hours than that) and sitting at her desk even when she had nothing to do. She wanted freedom and flexibility so that when she had kids, she would be able to enjoy her time with them.  She asked God to send someone to tell her, "This is what you need to do..." and, shockingly (maybe not to God, but to her), He answered within 12 hours.  This person told Crystal, "This is what you need to do...just start your own bookkeeping business." Her initial reaction was there was no way that would even be possible, but after a bunch of calculating and research, she made it happen and hasn't looked back.

Crystal is now blessed with 3 little girls who get a very present mom. She enjoys drop off and pickup every day, Fridays off, and can take off whenever she wants/needs to. 

Crystal is extremely passionate about helping other women realize their career doesn't have to be controlling their lives. She wants as many moms as possible to find freedom and flexibility and to be able to enjoy as much time as they want with their kids!
